On March 2004, our new established ALLISON U.S.A. Inc. has
acquired the former Distribution subsidiary,
established in Los Angeles on early 2001, Allison Eyewear Inc.
The new executive office is now based in Miami Florida with a state of the art
logistic facility in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Our showroom for all the brands is in New York at the prestigious 5th Avenue
address of IT USA (Holding Company of Allison S.p.A.)
Allison Canada, established in 2002, will continue its operations in the
Canadian market from its Toronto headquarter.
With an administration entrusted to experienced managers, the two companies
cover the North American market, with the same philosophy and exclusive
distribution policy Allison S.p.A. successfully implemented in the European
markets.
