MISSION
Strategic Planning

The OAM Board of Directors periodically meets specifically to review and revise its on going 5-year plan. Beginning in February 2010 and concluding in August 2010, the Board of Directors devised a more formal mission statement for the OAM and revised its by-laws.

The OAM Board of Directors participated in five strategic planning sessions in which the goals and objectives of the heart of the association were more intricately defined and stated.

The resulting OAM Mission Statement is the defining accomplishment of the board of directors in 2010 and has become the essence and cornerstone of our current and future direction.

The OAM Mission Statement will be proudly displayed on our website, letterhead, at each of our meetings and on all of our different levels of communication.
